Danielle Paulson is a Law Clerk with the firm. She works with the firm’s clients in matters such as employment transitions, severance and non-compete agreements and contract matters. She also works with the firm’s clients’ concerning sexual harassment and employment discrimination claims including claims based on disability, race, gender, age and other protected categories, as well as wage and hour cases, including overtime pay cases, tip pooling cases, prevailing wage and earned sick time.
She graduated magna cum laude from Emmanuel College and cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, she was a staff member for the Moot Court Honor Board/Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. She also interned with the Appeals Unit and Central District Court of the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office. She has served as a cite checker since June of 2019 for the Massachusetts Law Review, published by the Massachusetts Bar Association.
