Darshana Indira is an associate with the firm. She is a Boston employment and litigation attorney who represents executives and other professionals in matters such as severance negotiations, non-compete agreements and negotiating contract matters. She represents clients with sexual harassment and employment discrimination claims including claims based on disability, race, gender, age and other protected categories. She counsels employees who have received disciplinary actions, including warnings, performance improvement plans and suspensions. She handles wage and hour cases, including overtime pay cases, tip pooling cases, prevailing wage and earned sick time.
Attorney Indira is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York. She is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for Massachusetts. She practices before these courts and before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the EEOC. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Suffolk University Law School.
Attorney Indira is on the Board of Directors for the South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston and was voted the 2020 Board Member of the Year.
