Josh Robbins is a Senior Associate with the firm. He is a Boston employment and litigation attorney who represents executives and other professionals in conducting contract reviews, negotiating severance agreements, non-competes and other agreements and counseling executives and other professionals on their rights following the termination of their employment. Attorney Robbins handles wage and hour cases, including overtime pay cases, tip pooling cases, prevailing wage and earned sick time. He also represents employees in discrimination cases. These include claims based upon disability, race, gender, age and other forms of discrimination, including sexual harassment. He counsels employees who have received disciplinary action, including warnings, performance improvement plans and suspensions.
