About Elijah Bresley
Elijah Bresley is a Senior Associate with the firm. He is a Boston employment and litigation attorney representing professionals in conducting contract reviews, negotiating severance agreements, non-competes, and other employment agreements. He counsels employees on their rights following the termination of their employment or other disciplinary actions, including warnings and performance improvement plans. He represents employees in various industries, including technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, law, engineering, construction, and secondary and higher education.
Attorney Bresley represents clients in wage and hour cases, including overtime pay cases, tip pooling cases, prevailing wage, and independent contractor matters. He also represents employees in sexual harassment and discrimination cases. These include claims based upon disability, race, gender, age, national origin, and other forms of discrimination. He assists employees with matters regarding reasonable accommodation, FMLA, PFML, and other protected leave-related matters. He also represents clients when they have been retaliated against for asserting those same rights.
Attorney Bresley graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law and cum laude from The College of Wooster. He also worked as a judicial law clerk at the State of Connecticut Superior Court in the Department of Legal Research and Writing.
