Christopher Graff is an Associate with the firm. He is a Boston employment
and litigation attorney representing professionals in conducting contract
reviews, negotiating severance agreements, non-competes and other
employment agreements. He counsels employees on their rights following
the termination of their employment or other disciplinary actions including
warnings and performance improvement plans. He represents employees in
industries including technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, health care,
retail, manufacturing, law, engineering, construction and secondary and
higher education.
Attorney Graff represents clients in wage and hour cases, including overtime
pay cases, tip pooling cases, and independent contractor matters. He also
represents employees in sexual harassment and discrimination cases. These
include claims based upon disability, race, gender, age, national origin and
other forms of discrimination. He assists employees with matters regarding
reasonable accommodation, FMLA, PFML and other protected leave-related
matters.
Attorney Graff graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law
and summa cum laude from Union College. He practices before the
Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the EEOC and in
Massachusetts courts. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
